Apostle Michael A. Handy 

Apostle Michael A. Handy is a Kingdom builder, church planter, mentor, marriage counselor, entrepreneur, and visionary leader. He serves as the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Vision Center and the Overseer of Kingdom Visionaries United (K.V.U.), an apostolic network dedicated to empowering leaders and advancing the Kingdom of God.

Apostle Handy is also a Certified Ex-Offender Employment Specialist through the Delaware ReEntry Program, in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Wilmington, Delaware. His work in this capacity reflects his heart for restoration, rehabilitation, and providing practical opportunities for those seeking a fresh start.

Once entangled in the struggles of street life, Apostle Handy encountered the saving and delivering power of God, which completely transformed the trajectory of his life. He surrendered his life to Christ in 2002 and quickly began to walk in his divine calling. He was ordained as an Elder in 2008, consecrated as a Senior Pastor in 2011, elevated to Bishop in 2017, and affirmed as an Apostle in 2023.

In addition to his ministry leadership, Apostle Handy oversees a successful construction enterprise founded in 2010, which demonstrates his strong leadership, integrity, and business acumen. He received an Honorary Doctorate from the School of The Great Commission in 2022 in recognition of his exemplary service in ministry and community impact.

Apostle Handy has been happily married to his high school sweetheart, Pastor Louisa Handy, for over 20 years. Together, they lead with grace, humility, and unwavering faith. Known for his revelatory teaching, bold faith, and genuine love for people, Apostle Michael A. Handy continues to inspire others to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. 

Pastor Prophetess Louisa

Pastor Louisa Handy is a teacher, mentor, entrepreneur, wife, and the Executive Pastor of Kingdom Vision Center in Delaware. As an ordained pastor, she provides oversight of the church’s operations, administration, and human resources, ensuring that all ministries function with excellence and integrity. She also serves as the Praise and Worship Director, Founder of the L.O.V.E. Women’s Ministry, Social Media and Marketing Manager, and Graphic Designer for Kingdom Vision Center.

Pastor Louisa holds a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Christian Counseling from Liberty University, where she was inducted into the National Society for Collegiate Scholars in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership. She is also a Certified Reentry Employment Specialist through the Federal Offender Employment Program of the State of Delaware, where she uses her training to help restore and empower individuals seeking a second chance.  Pastor Louisa’s life is a testament to God’s redeeming grace. Once bound by the struggles of street life, she encountered God’s deliverance and now uses her story to inspire others toward freedom and purpose. 

As an entrepreneur, Pastor Louisa is the owner and operator of Vision Driven Graphics, a creative design business that provides branding, marketing, and digital media services to churches, nonprofits, and small businesses. She is also a published author of numerous devotionals, journals, and self-help books, combining her passion for creativity, faith, and personal growth.

In 2022, Pastor Louisa received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary in recognition of her outstanding service in ministry and community leadership.

Her servanthood and grace beautifully complement the vision and purpose of her husband, Apostle Michael A. Handy, with whom she has faithfully served in ministry for over two decades. Pastor Louisa embodies the essence of a virtuous woman—a leader who provokes, inspires, and motivates men and women of all ages to walk boldly in their God-given purpose 

We Believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God; and in the verbal inspiration of the original scriptures

We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

We Believe In the virgin birth of Jesus, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations.

We believe the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.

We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We believe in the evangelism of the lost and the nations of the world.

We believe that believers are to be “doers of the word, and not just hears only” (James 1:22), and in the maintenance of good works and holy living; in Christian holiness, through absolute surrender and consecration; to be godly examples to the world

We believe in water baptism, which means to immerse, dip, or to cover wholly with fluid.

We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body and that the baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

We believe in prophecy, which is the inspired declaration of God’s divine will and purpose and is used to confirm the Word of God

We believe in corporate giving by means of tithing, general offerings, sacrificial offerings, vows, and pledges according to Malachi 3:10

We believe in keeping the Lord's Day as a matter of privilege, rather than law.

We believe in the resurrection of the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
